Recipe Chicken Breast Dijon Mustard
Add in the chicken broth mustard heavy cream salt and pepper.

Reduce the heat to low. Place the first six ingredients in a shallow bowl. Stir to combine and simmer for 2 3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
Reduce heat to medium. Return chicken to pan to coat in sauce or drizzle sauce over chicken and serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley or chives if desired. In a large nonstick skillet cook chicken in oil and margarine over medium heat for 5 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170.
