Recipe Brussel Sprouts With Cranberries
Divide brussels sprouts between 2 greased 15x10x1 in.
Recipe brussel sprouts with cranberries. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to a large bowl. Place brussels sprouts prosciutto and cranberries in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
When brussels have softened shake off all excess water and lightly pat dry. Preheat oven to 425. Trim clean the brussels sprouts then cut them in half.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees f. Spread out evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Roast until tender stirring occasionally 20 25 minutes.
Place sprouts and cranberries in a serving bowl and drizzle with maple syrup. Place brussels sprouts in a bowl and toss with olive oil thyme salt and pepper. Cover and cook over moderate.
Add the water and drained cranberries and season with salt and pepper. Continue with directions below but note you ll reduce cooktime. Season with salt and black pepper.
Continue roasting for 10 minutes. Pour in 3 tablespoons olive oil chicken broth and balsamic vinegar. Bring 4 cups water to a boil in lightly salted water.
