Recipe Brussel Sprouts Cheese
Preheat oven to 425 f 220 c.
Recipe brussel sprouts cheese. Add drained brussels sprouts and heat in cheese sauce over low heat about 5 minutes. Serves 4 in this version of the recipe i have used cheddar cheese. Bring to a simmer whisking constantly and cook until thickened about 2 minutes.
Whisk in the milk. Pour in white wine and bring to a boil. Transfer the brussels sprouts into the sauce stirring to coat.
Drizzle the oil butter mixture over the brussels sprouts and toss to evenly coat. Season with salt to taste. Stir in cream nutmeg and pepper.
Line the cookie sheet with aluminum foil if you wish. Remove and drain on paper. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking oil spray.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat while brussels sprouts are cooking and cook onion until soft and translucent about 5 minutes. Pour the brussels sprouts and cheese sauce mixture into a baking dish. Step 3 bake in the preheated oven until parmesan cheese is melted and the brussels sprouts are lightly browned 15 to 17 minutes.
Grease a medium baking dish with olive oil then add the brussels sprouts. Remove the sauce from heat and whisk in the gruyère and 2 ounces 60g of parmesan cheese until completely melted. Place the prepared sprouts into the oven proof baking dish.
