Recipe Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Recipe asparagus stuffed chicken breast. Beat one egg in a bowl and add salt and pepper to it. Stuff the inside with provolone cheese and a few stalks of asparagus. Remove flattened chicken breasts.
Secure with wooden picks. Add chicken to skillet skin side down. Place the rolls seam sides down in baking dish and sprinkle each with about 2 t of bread crumbs.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put breadcrumbs into a separate bowl. Cover chicken with foil to keep warm.
Sprinkle half over chicken. Dip the chicken into flour then egg then breadcrumbs. Roll up into a bundle.
Steam asparagus in a pot of water for 2 minutes. Place flattened chicken breasts on a work surface. Flatten chicken to 1 4 in.
Combine the italian seasoning garlic salt and pepper. Add garlic and herb cheese and the lemon peel. Blanch the asparagus for 1 minute in boiling water remove and set aside.
