Roast in the preheated oven until asparagus is tender crisp about 10 minutes for thin asparagus or 14 minutes for large asparagus.

Combine remaining 2 teaspoons oil rind juice mustard and pepper in a small bowl stirring with a whisk. This sauce can then be heated and served with pasta salmon or chicken. Cook asparagus covered in a small amount of boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp tender.
