Recipe Crock Pot Tomato Soup
Stir in bread cover and cook on high until bread has broken down 10 15 minutes blend using immersion blender directly in crock pot or in small batches using a standard blender until soup is smooth.

Lightly coat a 5 quart or larger slow cooker with nonstick spray. Turn on slow cooker to high and cook for 3 4 hours. Add the sautéed onions and garlic.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Pour 1 2 of the slow cooker into a blender and blend until smooth repeat with the remaining 1 2 of the soup. Puree until no bits remain.
