Recipe Chicken Breast In Sauce
Bring to a boil.
Recipe chicken breast in sauce. Mix with whisk until thickened. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pound chicken breasts lightly to about 1 2 inch thickness.
Broil grill for 2 minutes on medium high to brown the chicken and caramelise the edges. In a large ovenproof skillet coated with cooking spray brown chicken in oil for 1 2 minutes on each side. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Add the wine to the skillet stirring to loosen crusty browned bits in the bottom of the skillet. Place breasts in skillet and increase heat to medium high. Add broth and wine.
This pan sauce reduces in about 5 minutes so you can make it while your protein cooks. 4 minutes to cook the chicken to golden. Spoon sauce over the chicken.
Mix together the onion garlic cream broth salt white pepper and worcestershire and mix well. Place breasts in oven dish. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 to 7 minutes until breasts are cooked through.
Add chicken a few pieces at a time and shake to coat. Brown on each side for 3 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and cream cheese to the saucepan.
