Recipes Chicken Breast Lemon Garlic
Using your hands work marinade into chicken.
Recipes chicken breast lemon garlic. Add chicken broth and lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. Flip and sprinkle 1 tablespoon garlic powder on second side.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in skillet with garlic. Place chicken in a large bowl and pour marinade over.
Pour lemon juice over each side of chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center 5 to 10 minutes more. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil lemon juice garlic salt pepper and paprika for about 30 seconds. Heat the butter in a small skillet and add the remaining garlic mixture.
Transfer chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish and remove any large pieces of garlic that might be stuck to the chicken. Loosely tuck the parchment paper around the chicken. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon garlic powder over chicken.
Bring to a boil. Grill or broil chicken breasts 8 10 minutes on each side until springy to the touch. Cut 3 slits in each chicken breast to allow marinade to penetrate.
Cook each side for 2 minutes. Cook chicken flipping frequently until browned about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low cover skillet and simmer until chicken is no longer pink in the center 10 to 15 minutes.
