In another bowl whisk together egg milk butter and vanilla. Whisk in the eggs vanilla and oil until everything is well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients followed by the melted butter.
Spread into prepared baking dish. In a large bowl combine flour sugar baking powder and salt. Drizzle into hot milk mixture stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared pan. In another bowl sift together the flour baking powder sugar and salt. In a large bowl or stand mixer start by mixing your pudding mix with the hot water and milk.
Pour over dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until a smooth batter forms.
