Easy Lasagna Recipe Using Ricotta Cheese
Spray a 13 x 9 glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Easy lasagna recipe using ricotta cheese. In a large bowl mix the ricotta mozzarella parmesan egg and italian seasoning together until blended. Evenly spread the ricotta mixture on top of the noodles. While the sauce is simmering combine the ricotta cheese egg seasonings and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Go ahead and add extra cheese if you prefer. Add 1 2 cup water to the edges of the pan. Top with 3 noodles remaining sauce remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir in pasta sauce and heat through. Layer with uncooked lasagna noodles cheese mixture mozzarella cheese and meat sauce.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Lay 3 more noodles side by side on top of the ricotta. Make the ricotta filling for the lasagna.
Put a cup of sauce on the bottom of the casserole then layer 4 noodles 1 3 of the cheese mixture and sauce then repeat two more times. To assemble in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish evenly spread 3 4 cup of the sauce mixture. In a large glass bowl combine ricotta cheese beaten egg 3 tablespoons italian seasoning and fresh parsley.
End with sauce and the rest of the mozzarella and parmesan. Just refrigerate the browned meat until you re ready to assemble the lasagna. Add enough meat sauce to cover the bottom of the pan and then cover with 3 lasagna noodles.
