Stir Fry Chicken With Vegetables Recipe
Return the chicken and vegetables to the saucy pan stir until heated through.
Stir fry chicken with vegetables recipe. Add the garlic ginger and chilli toss for 30 seconds then add the chicken and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes more or until golden. Mix chicken soy sauce sherry and cornstarch in a bowl. Heat oil in a large pan and stir fry vegetables on high heat.
Add the veggies back to the chicken and heat until the veggies are warmed back up for about 30 45 seconds stirring constantly. Add garlic onion carrots celery and capsicum to the wok and cook for 2 minutes. Return chicken to skillet.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Pour into stir fry and heat through. Cut the chicken into 1cm strips and toss in a bowl with the chinese five spice and sesame oil.
Return chicken to the pan add snow peas and bok choy and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in green onions and serve warm with cooked rice. Add the stir fry sauce and stir fry for another 1 2 minutes until the chicken and vegetables are well coated.
Add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir until smooth. Add sauce mixture to wok and stir until chicken and vegetables are coated with the thickened sauce. Add onions cabbage capsicum peas and 1 2 of the stock and cover.
