Kale Salad Recipes With Apples
Drizzle over desired amount of dressing and toss to coat.
Kale salad recipes with apples. Add the kale toss to coat and let stand 10 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Place the kale and parsley into the bowl on top of the oil and mix until all leaves are coated with the oil.
Add kale and apples to a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour the dressing over the salad. Pour the apple juice and vinegar in a bowl add the salt and several generous turns of black pepper add honey and stir until the salt dissolves.
Transfer to serving bowls. In a large bowl whisk together vinegar and next 4 ingredients. In a small pan heat the walnuts over medium low heat.
Add kale carrot and apple and toss to coat. Shake or whisk to recombine. Using your hands gently massage the kale for about 60 seconds helping it tenderize.
While the kale stands cut the dates into thin slivers and the apple into small chunks. I used my tarragon vinaigrette to toss with the salad but you can use another one. Stir until toasted and slightly browned about 2 3 minutes.
Add to the salad and toss well. This apple cider vinegar salad dressing is one of my most popular and is a great neutral tasting dressing that works. Crumble the goat cheese over the top.
