Boneless Pork Leg Roast Recipe
Insert a meat thermometer probe into the middle of the roast and place the pork in the hot oven.

Heat the oven to 425 degrees f. Sprinkle the top of the roast with sage rosemary garlic and salt and pepper. Sprinkle with rosemary leaves and a little oil on a baking tray and place into the oven for the last 40 50 minutes of cooking time.
Evenly sprinkle the sea salt over the skin. Place the roast on a wire rack inside a baking tray and cook at 240 c max 250 c conventional until the rind crackles up to 50 minutes. Season to taste and serve immediately with the roast pork some roast root vegetables and apple sauce.
