Place olive oil rubbed side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.

If the mixture is too thick add a tablespoon of water to thin it out. Spread your cubed squash 4 garlic cloves on the baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked hot paprika or ground chipotle.
1 2 cup mixed cilantro and fresh parsley. Roast this for 30 35 minutes or until squash is beginning to brown. 1 2 cup slivered toasted almonds.
