Recipe Vegetable Soup Pressure Cooker
Heat oil in pressure cooker set to sauté on normal.

In the pressure cooker on the stove or in a crock pot. Select saute and cook until vegetables release a little liquid and soften about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and return to stove and simmer an additional 5 10 minutes.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant about 30 seconds more. Now cook your vegetable soup for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the string green beans and the diced white potatoes.
Make sure your valve is to the seal position. Place onion garlic and carrots in a cold pressure cooking pot. It is just a wee bit different but a tried and true veggie soup in the slow cooker none the less.
