Recipe Vanilla Pudding Butter
In medium saucepan over medium heat heat milk until bubbles form at edges.
Recipe vanilla pudding butter. Remove from heat stir in vanilla and butter. Place a fine mesh strainer over a large heatproof bowl. Pour the mixture through the strainer and into the bowl.
In a medium saucepan combine the sugar and cornstarch and then add the half and half. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into hot milk a little at a time stirring to dissolve.
Gently stir over medium heat until bubbling. You can use as pudding and top with cool whip or use pudding with bananas for. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Place on medium heat and add milk slowly whisking constantly. In medium double boiler cook sugar cornstarch milk and salt. Skip this step if you don t notice any lumps in your pudding.
Mix well then pour egg mixture back into mixture in double boiler. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Stir in butter and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Optional to remove lumps. In same saucepan or another mix sugar flour salt and egg until light and fluffy.
