Recipe for brussel sprout quiche. Let them cool for about 5 minutes. Whisk together the milk cream eggs yolks salt pepper and nutmeg. Layer bacon sprout mixture and cheddar cheese in partially baked crust.
Increase oven temperature to 450 oven and roast until brussels sprouts are golden and slightly tender about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the gruyère in the crust and pour the filling on top. In a separate bowl combine the greek yogurt and almond milk or milk of choice.
Add in brussels and cook until slightly browned add more olive oil if pan becomes try. Cover crust edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Add in the brussels thyme and 1 4 teaspoon of the salt.
In a medium sized bowl mix together the remaining ingredients and pour them over the filling. Stir in the brussels sprouts and scallions. Finally add garlic and cook until fragrant about 2 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Pour egg mixture over layers. Add the grated cheese cream if using eggs salt and pepper and mix well.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Take off the heat and let cool. Bake 23 to 28 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
