Recipe Brussel Sprouts Goat Cheese
Roast until tender 20 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
Recipe brussel sprouts goat cheese. Cut the brussels sprouts into halves top with butter or oil and salt pepper to taste. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. These are best served right from the oven to maintain the crispiness.
Brussels sprouts are loaded with fat soluble vitamin k. This is one of the easiest side dishes to make. Preheat oven to 450 f.
Preheat oven to 425. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the brussels sprouts. This little green veggie has now become one of my favorites to make and eat.
Return the sheet pan to the oven and roast 5 minutes or until the goat cheese is warm and softened. Cut the brussels sprouts off of the stalk if necessary. Add the goat cheese right away so that it starts to melt ever so slightly drool.
In a bowl mix them with the olive oil kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast 20 minutes or until the brussels sprouts are brown on the edges. Roast for about 15 minutes until tender and blackened no need to stir.
Transfer to a bowl. Spread onto baking sheet and roast for about 10 15 minutes shaking every 5 minutes or so. After the brussels are fried and cooked they are topped with goat cheese crumbles and drizzled with honey.
