Add the tomato paste and stir to combine with the ground turkey mixture cooking for 1 minute. Bring to a boil. Add the garlic oregano thyme salt pepper and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Cook crumbling the meat with a wooden spoon until the turkey and sausages are cooked through. Add onion and cook until translucent around 4 minutes. Add ground turkey to pan mashing and pushing apart meat with the edge of your spatula.
Add water and pasta sauce. Lasagna is typically considered an unhealthy dish but you can make a healthy lasagna by using leaner ingredients. Place 5 of the cooked lasagna noodles on top.
