Recipe Dutch Oven Pork Chops
If you prefer to use the oven use an oven safe skillet or transfer the pork chops to a baking pan.

The pork chops braise over the simmering sweet potatoes and apples and all of it gets flavored with smoke from the fire. Using a slotted spoon transfer to an ungreased 13x9 in. Add the pork chops and sear on both sides about 3 minutes per side without moving until browned.
Rub over both sides of pork chops. Slow food not in a crockpot. Turn your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
