Recipe Chicken Breast Dill
Use paper towels to thoroughly dry chicken pieces ensuring all excess moisture is removed.
Recipe chicken breast dill. Stir in the dill chives lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Add the chicken and sear until well browned on both sides about 3 minutes per side.
Evenly sprinkle seasoning over both sides of each chicken breast pressing in to adhere mixture. Dredge the chicken breasts in the seasoned flour and shake off the excess. In a small bowl combine cream or half and half flour and dill.
Transfer to a plate and set aside. Whisk or blend with a fork until smooth. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the chicken is cooked through about 4 minutes.
Add the flour mixture to the skillet. Serve the creamy dill sauce over chicken breasts with rice noodles or potatoes and your favorite side vegetables. Heat 1 1 2 teaspoons oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat.
Add the chicken in a single layer and cook until light golden in color 2 minutes per side. Boil for about 1 minute or until thick enough to coat a spoon. Return the chicken and any accumulated juices to the pan.
In a small bowl combine kosher salt garlic powder onion powder and black pepper to form seasoning mixture. Cook and stir until the mixture has thickened. Stir any accumulated juices from the chicken back into the pan.
