This is really good and really easy.

Add lemon and stir together. Combine yogurt oil spices red onion parsley and cilantro in a large ziplock bag. With a pair of tongs place the chicken one piece at a time into the yogurt mixture.
Sprinkle panko bread crumbs over chicken breasts. Cover bag with a tea towel and using a meat tenderiser or base of frypan firmly hit each thigh 4 5 times to ensure the thickness is slightly more even and the marinate is slightly through the meat. Recipes chicken breast.
