Recipe Butternut Squash With Maple Syrup

Cut squash in half lengthwise. Drizzle maple syrup on top and toss again. In the baking dish toss the squash cubes with maple syrup salt and pepper.
Using a spoon scoop out all of the flesh of the squash into a saucepan. A spoon for scooping the seeds out of the butternut squash. In a mixing bowl combine olive oil maple syrup and cubed butternut squash.
Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Step 2 combine squash syrup and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place the butter cubes over the top.
