Recipe Butternut Squash Kale Lasagna

Recipe butternut squash kale lasagna. Spread the squash slices out in an even layer on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil teaspoon salt and ground black pepper. In a 9x13 baking dish pour a small amount of bechamel sauce on the bottom and spread evenly. Fourth stir the onions and kale together.
Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. First roast the garlic and butternut squash. Add kale salt and pepper and sauté until tender about 6 minutes.
Top with a third of the noodles half the kale and half the squash. Stir in chopped kale and cook until just wilted about 2 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Lay down a layer of noodles followed by bechamel sauce mashed butternut squash and then sautéd kale. Repeat ending with the remaining lasagna noodles and milk mixture. Step 2 combine 1 4 cup water and squash in an 8 inch square glass or ceramic baking dish.
Layer about 12 butternut squash slices on the baking dish. I wouldn t call this an easy weeknight dinner like most of the dinner recipes i try to create but it s worth the extra time for sure. Preheat oven to 450.
When browned slightly move sausage around the pan until browned on all sides about 5 minutes. Pierce plastic wrap 2 to 3 times. Spread a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of the pan then add 3 lasagna noodles.
