Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Air fryer sweet potato chips recipe. Repeat this process for the remaining potato slices. Tip the sweet potatoes into the air fryer. Place half of the sweet potatoes in the basket and cook in two batches at 350 f until cooked through and crispy about 15 minutes.
Place the slices in and even layer in air fryer basket coat with spray and a sprinkle of salt. Using a pair of tongs carefully remove sweet potatoes from air fryer to plate. In a small bowl toss a few sweet potato slices with a little of the oil mixture.
In batches air fry the sweet potatoes at 390f for 20 minutes giving the basket a good shake every 7 to 8 minutes for even cooking. Lightly grease the air fry basket. Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil salt and pepper and cinnamon if using ensuring every slice is coated with oil.
Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 300 degrees for 18 to 19 minutes shaking the basket every 6 minutes. Rotate the potato chips and cook for an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Step 2 place sweet potato slices in a large bowl.
Stir in avocado oil evenly coating each piece. Cook for 15 minutes a little longer if the chips are thick. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees f 200 degrees c.
Cook for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees c. Put the sweet potatoes in a snap lock bag then add the oil.
