Yellow Zucchini Cake Recipe
This zucchini cake recipe is from my grandmother she used to pass the zucchini through a meat mincer because they had no food processor.
Yellow zucchini cake recipe. Coat a 10 cup bundt pan with baking spray. Pour into the bottom of the greased 9x13 pan. Results 1 10 of 24 for zucchini yellow cake mix.
Bake at 325 for 30 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Step 1 preheat oven to 350 f. Stir in the flour mixture a third at a time.
Step 2 in a medium bowl whisk together the flour cinnamon baking soda salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl mix oil eggs and vanilla. Fold in zucchini and lemon zest.
Lower the speed and beat in the sugar vegetable oil vanilla and lemon zest if using. Add shredded zucchini vanilla and sour cream mix to combine. Try yellow cake mix for more results.
In a bowl combine flour sugar cinnamon baking soda and salt. Pour into three well greased 9 in. Step 3 in a mixer beat the 3 eggs on high speed until frothy.
The top of the cake should look dry. Beat on medium high speed until light and airy about 3 minutes stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Place eggs sugar and oil in bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
