Stuffed Zucchini Recipe With Ground Turkey
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c.

Place zucchini halves in a baking dish and fill each zucchini boat with about 1 2 cup filling. Sprinkle 1 2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over each zucchini half.
Cut zucchini in half length wise scoop out center to make boat add pasta sauce to ground turkey mixture simmer on medium for 5 8mins stirring frequently scoop turkey mixture into zucchini cover with mozzarella cheese bake at 350 until cheese melts. Cook breaking up the turkey with a spoon until turkey is browned and vegetables are softened. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place on a sheet pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 25 minutes. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil add ground turkey. Add wine and cook until it reduces.
