Recipe Brussel Sprouts In The Oven

Place the brussels sprouts in the center of a large rimmed baking sheet. On a large baking sheet drizzle brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Place a rack in the upper third of your oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Cut off the brown ends of the brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Heat the oven to 375 f.
