Recipe For Vanilla Pudding
Whisk in the egg yolks and cup 60 ml of the milk and when smooth add the remaining milk and the vanilla.
Recipe for vanilla pudding. Add milk and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens. When milk comes to a full boil remove saucepan from the heat and stir in cornstarch mixture. Stir in butter and vanilla.
In a saucepan combine the sugar corn starch and salt. In a bowl combine sugar cornstarch and salt. Take off stove then add butter and vanilla.
Place 2 cups milk and salt in a saucepan. Boil and stir 1 minute. Take off heat and whisk in butter vanilla bean seeds and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour into hot milk a little at a time stirring to dissolve. Add vanilla and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Press plastic wrap directly against the surface of the hot pudding to prevent a skin from forming.
Strain the pudding through a fine mesh strainer set over a clean bowl. Quickly combine cornstarch with remaining milk. Add egg yolks and mix well.
In medium saucepan over medium heat heat milk until bubbles form at edges. Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Remove from the heat.
