Recipe Chicken Thighs Grapes
Pat dry the chicken well season each one with sea salt on both sides.

In the same pan as the onions heat the oil over medium high heat. Transfer the browned chicken and any juices to a baking sheet or large plate. Chicken thighs are pan seared in a skillet until golden and crispy then roasted in the oven along with grapes and shallots.
