Baked Sweet Potato Fries Recipe Healthy
Slice sweet potatoes into desired size and put on large baking sheet or two if you are making a lot.

Place fries in one even layer cookie sheet. Step 2 place sweet potatoes and soybean oil in large bowl toss lightly. Season toss the fries in a bowl with the olive oil to evenly coat.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix olive oil and spices together in a small bowl. Sprinkle with salt pepper and paprika.
