All Recipes Chocolate Chip Cookies Chewy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c.

In a medium bowl cream together the butter dark brown soft sugar and caster sugar until smooth. Lastly use an ice cream scooper to get even sized cookies every time. Stir into the sugar mixture along with the vanilla.

Line baking tray with baking sheet or greaseproof paper. Drop rounded tablespoons of the cookie mixture onto lined baking trays. Beat in the vanilla egg and egg yolk until light and creamy.
