Zucchini Tuna Casserole Recipe
This recipe is next in a series of me trying to update tuna fish in my life.
Zucchini tuna casserole recipe. Stir in sour cream mustard and mayonnaise. In a bowl combine cauliflower tuna celery green onions mayonnaise sour cream mustard herbs salt and pepper. Drain and flake the tuna.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Blend in the sour cream mustard mayo thyme and salt. Drain tuna or other seafood and set aside.
Drain and rinse in hot water. A different way to enjoy tuna casserole. Top with half the zucchini.
Combine noodles with the tuna celery and green onions. Our family loved these tuna casseroles here and here but being on the whole30 i wanted a version without cheese or pasta this recipe is my delicious solution. Spoon half of the noodle mixture into a greased 11x7 in.
Stir in the tuna sour cream mayonnaise green onions mustard thyme salt pepper and celery mixture. This is one way we enjoy them. Place in a large bowl.
Spoon half the mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole. The zucchini noodles and veggies replace the pasta and the cashew cream makes you not miss the cheese at all. Spoon 1 2 of the noodle mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
