Recipe Summer Squash Tomatoes Onions
Cover and cook 10 15 minutes over medium heat until tender.
Recipe summer squash tomatoes onions. Stir in yellow squash and zucchini cooking for 2 minutes. Cook stirring until the tomatoes have begun to cook down about five minutes. Cook and stir until tender 2 4 minutes.
Serve with a slotted spoon. Add onion and saute until translucent. 3 medium zucchini and or yellow summer squash halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 1 2 inch thick slices 1 large red onion cut into 1 2 inch thick wedges 1 nonstick cooking spray 1 cup red and or yellow grape tomatoes.

Salt and and pepper to taste. In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. In a large skillet heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
Add the oil and garlic and saute until the garlic is golden about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes salt and pepper. Stir in the tomatoes.
Remove and discard the garlic. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
