Recipe Chicken Breast Zucchini

Recipe chicken breast zucchini. Add 2 tablespoons of butter back to the skillet and saute the minced garlic for a minute. Spray an 11 x 7 inch or similar size baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Quick and easy meals are just what is needed at this time.
Cook and stir zucchini and garlic over medium heat until zucchini is slightly tender about 2 minutes. Remove chicken from pan. In 10 skillet melt 1 4 cup butter until sizzling. Continue cooking stirring occasionally until zucchini is crisp tender 5 to 7 min. Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to skillet.
Place zucchini noodles in a colander toss with teaspoon salt and allow to sit for about 10 minutes this will help draw out some of the water from the zucchini. Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in same skillet over medium high heat. After 10 minutes squeeze out moisture from the zucchini.
Stir the garlic and ginger well and add in the sauce whisking well. Cook tossing occasionally until just tender about 4 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook over medium high heat turning once until chicken is browned and fork tender 12 to 15 min add zucchini and onions. Add in the remaining 1 teaspoon oil garlic and ginger and cook for 30 45 seconds until very fragrant but not browned. Remove the chicken to the plate.
