Recipe butternut squash and apples. Place butter in 13x9 inch 3 quart glass baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.

Bake covered until squash and apples are tender 45 55 minutes. Toss to coat well. In a small bowl whisk together the maple syrup oil white vinegar lemon juice and lemon zest thyme salt and pepper.
1 tablespoon unsalted butter. Preheat oven to 425 degrees f. Drizzle the butter over the top and toss to coat.
Heat in oven 5 to 7 minutes or until melted. Stir cinnamon and nutmeg into melted butter. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
Top with slices of apple then sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Preheat oven to 350. Line a large rimmed baking sheet or baking dish with foil and coat with cooking spray.
