Recipe Brussel Sprouts Stir Fry
Add a quarter of the brussels sprout leaves and cook tossing once or twice until bright green and deeply charred in spots about 4 minutes.

Place the brussels sprouts in a pot of salted boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes and refresh under cold water. Add the sprouts cook for 2 mins then drizzle with the soy sauce. Add the brussels sprouts red pepper and chicken broth.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan set over a medium heat. Transfer to a platter. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in sugar salt and black pepper. Add the brussels sprouts and turn heat to medium high. Meanwhile in a small bowl whisk together soy sauce honey lemon gluten free flour and sesame seeds.
Heat the oil in a wok then stir fry the chilli garlic and ginger for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the sprouts in boiling salted water for 3 mins then drain.
Cook and stir until the onion is transparent about 5 minutes. Add brussels sprouts cut side down. Cook onion in the bacon grease in the skillet until translucent about 5 minutes.
