Quinoa Salad Recipe Yellow Squash
In a small saucepan bring broth and water to a boil.

While the quinoa is cooking place the zucchini yellow squash and green beans in a large bowl. Whisk in the 1 4 cup 2 fl. Whisk together the lemon juice zest dill and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Dissolve the chicken bullion into the 1 1 2 cup of water. Taste and adjust the seasoning. In a large pan over medium to high heat begin to sautee the onion zucchini and squash using the butter or oil.
Put the quinoa squash cucumber green onions basil mint and feta in a large bowl. Toss the sliced zucchini squash and tomatoes with oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. When the zucchini and squash just begin to soften add freshly cracked pepper and salt.
