Chicken Quesadilla Recipe Jalapeno
Combine chicken cheese and jalapenos in a mixing bowl and mix until evenly mixed throughout.
Chicken quesadilla recipe jalapeno. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is beginning to brown slightly. Top each with 1 tortilla pressing.
Allow to cool then shred using two forks. Place tortillas oil side down on baking sheet. Cut jalapeƱos in half lengthwise.
Spread 1 4 of the jalapeno mayo over half of the tortilla. Fold the other side over on top. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Fold the tortilla in half to close it. Cover with another tortilla and and spray the top with some cooking spray. Repeat the same process for the rest of the quesadillas.
Lay in the skillet or on the griddle and cook on both sides until golden brown. Powder sugar plum liquorice. About 3 minutes per side.
Weighing the quesadillas down with a heavy pot evens out the cooking and promotes crispy tortillas. Carefully place the quesadillas on a medium sized pan on a high heat and cook each side for about 2 minutes until each side is golden and the cheese has melted. Remove the chicken from the water and let cool.
