Beef Roast Crock Pot Recipe With Pepperoncini
Mix water au jus oregano basil and garlic in measuring cup and pour over roast.
Beef roast crock pot recipe with pepperoncini. Pour onion soup mix beef and chicken broths over roast. Place roast pepperocini and half the pepperocini juice in crockpot. Combine 3 to 5 lbs beef roast 16 oz jar pepperoncini peppers with liquid 1 package of dry italian salad dressing mix and 1 package of brown gravy mix together in crock pot.
Cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours or until meat is falling apart. If the liquid does not come to the top of the beef roast add just enough water to be level with the top of the roast. Step 2 cook on low for 8 hours.
Place roast in the slow cooker and pour the entire contents of the jar of pepperoncini including liquid over meat. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 11 hours. Cut tops and stems off each pepperoncini pepper and return them to their original jar in the juice.
Form a pocket in the top of roast and place butter pepperoncini peppers ranch dressing mix and au jus mix in the pocket. Step 2 cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Pour entire jar of pepperoncini peppers w juice over beef roast and mix with large spoon to blend soups.
When roast is tender pull apart with forks and let simmer in juice another 1 2 hour or so. Make small cuts in roast and insert garlic slices in cuts. Place roast in a slow cooker.
Set crock pot on low heat and cook for 8 10 hours.
