Place spinach in the frying pan.

Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and cover. 3 tablespoons currants or raisins. Add garlic and onion and sauté until the onion becomes translucent around 3 minutes.
Pour in marinara sauce water and balsamic vinegar and bring to a boil then reduce to a strong simmer. 2 teaspoons olive oil. Sprinkle chicken with garlic seasoning blend.
Brown the chicken on all sides. Make the creamy spinach orzo. This should take about 10 15 minutes.
Add the mascarpone and a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. In the same pan you cooked the chicken in add the baby spinach and garlic and allow to cook until the spinach has wilted. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat and cook the garlic and crushed chillies for 1 minute until garlic is golden brown.
