Recipe For Whipping Cream Horseradish
Season with the white pepper hot sauce and horseradish.
Recipe for whipping cream horseradish. You can make it a day or two ahead of time and adjust the taste to cater to your family. I used my kitchenaid 5 cup chopper with whisking accessory. Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Beat whipping cream at medium high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. In a small bowl mix together whichever cream you re using and the horseradish. In a medium bowl whisk heavy cream until thickened but not yet at soft peaks.
Submit a recipe correction. Whipping cream does require a little extra work but man it is worth it. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes before using or transfer to airtight container and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
Serve with roast beef beef tenderloin grilled steaks even spread on roast beef sandwiches. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Fold in the whipped cream then season to taste with sugar salt and pepper.

Fold in seasoned salt horseradish and tabasco until well mixed. Mix everything together and taste. You can whip the cream by hand or use a stand or hand mixer with whisk accessory.
