Bread Recipe Dutch Oven Instant Yeast
Stir in 3 cups water to form a soft shaggy dough.
Bread recipe dutch oven instant yeast. Stir in water until it s well combined. Bake for 30 minutes then take the lid off and continue baking for the next 15 minutes. Place the dough seam side down in a clean bowl that has been lightly coated with olive oil and dusted with flour.
Bake bread 45 minutes covered then another 10 to 15 minutes uncovered until dough is baked through and golden brown on top. Course appetizer breakfast main course side dish. All i could find was instant yeast so i decided to try an instant yeast loaf.
Use the parchment paper as a sling to lift the bread into the dutch oven. Bake 30 minutes covered then 12 minutes uncovered or until deep golden and crispy. In a large bowl whisk 6 cups flour 2 teaspoons active dry yeast and 2 teaspoons salt.
After 40 minutes place a 3 to 6 quart dutch oven with lid in a cold oven and preheat to 450 f. Uncover dough and carefully transfer to dutch oven with or without parchment paper beneath if bottom of dutch oven is not coated with enamel keep parchment paper beneath dough. Use paper to place dough into pot place lid on.
Made with instant yeast and baked in a dutch oven. Preheat the oven to 450 f 230 c with the pot inside for 45 minutes 1 hour. This bread recipe is easy and delicious a new favourite in this house.
Rising time 3 hrs. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before slicing. Includes step by step photos and details instructions.
