Zucchini Bread Recipe 9 X 13
Add oil brown sugar zucchini and vanilla.
Zucchini bread recipe 9 x 13. Spread thin layer of olive oil into surface of 9 x 5 pan. Blend in flour cinnamon baking powder soda and salt. Preheat oven to 350dg.
Beat eggs oil vanilla and sugar together in a large bowl. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl beat eggs well. Approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Whisk together the flour baking soda baking powder white sugar brown sugar spices and salt in a large bowl until well blended.
Sift flour salt baking powder soda and cinnamon together in a bowl. Pour batter into 2 bread pans or a 9x13 baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 60 minutes. In a mixer beat sugars oil and eggs until fluffy.
This recipe can be doubled or tripled and part of your bread can be frozen. You can use a 9 x 12 or 9 x 13 pan and bake for about 45 minutes or you can use 2 loaf pans and bake for about 1 hour. Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture and beat well.
Stir in zucchini and vanilla. 12 ounces zucchini about 2 to 3 medium zucchini ends trimmed grated on the large holes of a box grater about 2 1 2 cups. Grate zucchini set aside.
