Recipe Dutch Oven Potatoes

Recipe dutch oven potatoes. Keep repeating layers until oven is full. Cut bacon strips into fourths. You want the potatoes into round slices all approximately the same size so they can cook evenly.
First step is to wash peel and slice all the potatoes and onions. Layer potatoes onions cheese bacon and spices then dot with butter. Brown bacon in preheated oven with or without the lid on.

Place dutch oven with the lid on in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35 45 minutes. Toss to combine and then transfer the mix to the baking sheet. In a large bowl mix the potatoes onions oil salt and garlic powder until incorporated.
Place a few slices of butter in the bottom of the dutch oven. Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry in dutch oven until crisp. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper and just about 1 8 teaspoon of seasoning salt.
